We offer EICR’s at a reasonable price. Our reports are Clear & Concise.

 

We pride ourselves on our professionalism when it comes to Inspection & Testing, your tenants safety and your property condition are of upmost importance to us. Each EICR takes a minimum of 4 hours at the property and then time at the office to write up the report. This time is required to ensure a complete and concise report.

 

Minor remedial work will be completed free of charge and any materials required will be discounted if we have it with us. Other than that we will quote for any remedial work required.
